With the overwhelming Fear Free benefits we have seen for your pets, our patients, we are keeping our lobby traffic to a minimum by:
• Asking that you stay in your vehicle and call us to check in when you arrive.
• When the lobby is clear and a room is available, we will bring you and your pet in and straight to a room. This eliminates potentially stressful encounters with other pets in the Reception Area.
• At check-out, we will make sure the lobby is clear, and you and your pet will have our full attention (and treats!)
